Toby L. Soechting is a native of Big Spring, Texas, and a long time resident in North Central Texas. He was baptized into the body of Christ in 1987 by Andy Kizer in Howe, Texas. He is a 1993 graduate of Brown Trail School Of Preaching. Toby and his wife Debbie have two sons, Dustin and Preston. Dustin and his wife Beth live in San Antonio where Dustin is stationed at Fort Sam Houston as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Preston, also a graduate of FHU, after a tour of duty in the U.S. Army is now living in Nashville, TN where he is CEO of Crossfit Nashville.
Toby has done local work and held gospel meetings in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama. He has also done mission work in Jamaica, England, and Ghana, West Africa where he makes an annual trip to Takoradi, Ghana to direct a three day lectureship addressing gospel preachers and church leaders from throughout the nation of Ghana as well as working closely with the West Coast School Of Preaching.
Toby and Debbie were blessed with the opportunity in 1999 to return to the congregation here at Howe, that he and Debbie have always called, "home."
